MEME is a Radix fungible token minted by a Scrypto smart contract.

Mint authority: Component only (no admin minting)

Burn authority: Anyone can burn

Supply: Uncapped (minted on XRD deposit)

Upgrade: Immutable (no proxy, no admin override)

XRD deposited into the contract is held in a treasury vault. Admin can withdraw XRD but cannot mint MEME without matching XRD deposit.
